This is WHY I do what I do. I originally went into health coaching because I wanted to help others get healthy. In the process, I developed disordered eating habits like binging, being obsessed with healthy eating, and highly restrictive eating.
It took several years, but I finally was able to find freedom and healing in my wellness journey.
